Reco_PEA
Reco_PEA contains both each bio-based and recycled plastic ingredients. The polyester is recycled from bottles, films and cosmetic container, and the bio-carbon is certainly from plants with high starch content.
Plants absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere and convert into starch by photosynthesis. The vinasse after plant fermentation is further used to make bio-based ethylene glycol.
The glycol modified co-polyester is an amorphous polymer which is stable in transparency without crystallization treatment in processing. Comparing with PET, you may find Reco_PEA has many advantages, such like better toughness, less processing conditions and permanently clarity.
